96' Neon, replaced battery some months back, turn signals starting flashing faster, thought it was odd, but let it go. Went for inspection, found out I didn't have any stop or rear turn signals, tail lights ok. Have checked fuses, bulbs, no luck. Short of having to pay big bucks for hookup to computer machine, what can I do? Don't really have the bucks but if I have to, I may have no other option. I really appreciate any help on this problem. Sounds like maybe a bad ground in the rear of the car. A rapid flashing means a bulb, or a problem with the lights. As you're finding out now. I can't remember where the rear body ground is at, but what you can do is just hook another wired to any negative side back there to ground, and see if that makes the lights work.
