Engine lopes at idle, where should I start?
I have a 96 Dodge Neon w/ SOHC and MT. My Rpm's go up and down at idle. It runs great whenim on the street and interstate, but if I come to a stop it wants to die. I've changed plugs, plug wires, O2 sensors, new vacum hoses. Could there be something wrong with my TPS? I'm not sure what else to do? I don't want to take it to a shop and get stuck with a bunch of new parts I didn't need.
