How do you get the face plate for the stereo off so I can put my new system in. Tried prying on it and it didn't seem like it wanted to come off.

 

there is like a trash bag hook sticking off your dash at the bottom and there is a screw in there(phillips head) unscrew it and jsut pull from there and the whole dash around your radio will pull off. (this was on a 2004 dodge ram1500) Im guessing you drive the same?

 

Thx for the info. It worked, I thought I needed to do that but didnt want to screw me truckie up.
