Default Exhaust question

Hi all,
I just bought my 05 Durango, Limited 4x4 -

I love the Hemi and have been reading the forums but was wondering if the claims of better gas mileage by exhaust system or filter were real.
I am considering getting a k&n filter as well as an exhaust system such as Flowmaster 50 series or magnaflow.

Will I get better gas mileage and or hp out of it? Are we talking little or lots ?

Is the cold air intake from K&n that much better than their filter?

Default RE: Exhaust question

a cooler running motor means more power, a better breathing motor means more power. i would use the fipkit rather than just a filter change for sure. you should get increased mpg and hp out of each. i would say it is worth it , without a dout. hope this helped.
