I've called several dealers, there is no safety recall on this. I had to pull therealy so the horn wonthonk all the time.I did some online researching and found that there are two common problems with this.. one is the clock spring being bad and the other is the rubber washer/insulator/bushingthingsdry up and corrode. Well I took off the airbag and upon inspection saw that thebushings were almostnon-existant.So I got some rubber washers used for plumbingand put them in between the head of the bolt and the steel part of the hornswitch. Tightened up bolts and went to put airbag back in. the airbag didnt have any slack for the horn and when i went to put the relay back in the horn just kept blowing constantly with out stopping. I hate this car.. lol... Can any1 give me some insight on this please. anything, a link or advice, something... thank you very much..

 

as a guess the home depot washers are too thick
