Default Fuse Location on Dodge RAM

I have a 2004 RAM. The cigarette lighter and the other two power outlets have ceased to function. I have checked the fuses under the hood and they are fine I have found a fuse and holder, looseon the floor in the cab! I am assuming they have fallen out from somewhere, stopping the power to the outlets. I have hunted in the Haynes manual to find where it may have come from and found nothing. I have looked everywhere sensible in and around the dash and found no place to fit the fuse. HELP!! Where is a polite place where I can fit the fuse and get power back to the sockets. I use them to charge my phone, SatNav etc. etc.
Thanks,
Tim

Open the drivers door. The door needs to be open to see it. Look to your left on the dash under approxemently the side window defroster is. There will be a little door. Open it. On the back side of the door is a referal guide to use for fuse location.
