ac blows like on low when in high blowing out cold but not blowing strong enough to cool off. Can anyone help?

 

Does the fan work on all speed settings or just one.
Can you hear/feel the fan speed change on heat or ac at all.
Either there is an electrical issue in the motor or control or an obstruction in the air supply system.
