After charging the battery back up it turns over fine but, it won't start. It has gas in the tank. I checked the fuel pump fuse in the box by the battery and swapped the headlight flashing relay for the fuel pump relay. No change. Am I missing something simple? We're supposed to leave on vacation tomorrow! Thanks to all for helping me out. I introduced myself in the newbie area. This is my first question here

All right, check this out. It was flooded. Yes, flooded like a carbureted engine. Held my foot to the floor, cranked it a few seconds and it took off. It wouldn't idle for a couple minutes after that but, that too rectified itself. I didn't think it was possible with EFI but just goes to show.

Its not that is was flooded, but more that the PCM had to relearn its parameters...

Interesting. Why would that happen? I saw your signature so, I totally believe you. Just curious.
