I got a 2002 Dodge Dakota and there is an odd noise coming from the interior. Its kinda like if you had a ringing sound in your ear. I can’t place it anywhere either and the truck isn’t running when it makes the sound. Anyone have any ideas?

this may sound stupid but r ur doors open and the key in the ignition..cause i kno the truck usta buzz when the eky was in the ignition and the driver door was opened...but my dad accidentally broke it off..and it doesnt buzz n e more...but thats a good thing
