Hello. Firstoff,I'd like to start with the Idle trouble. At cold startup my 99' Ram sputters and stalls. While it's sputtering I can hear my air intake sucking inalot moreair. If I give it gas it will almost stall, then follow up with a high rev. If I don't give it gas, it will stallmost certainly. I have replaced the bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor according to the p0138 code it through a few months ago which fixed another problem but not this one. I have also replaced the TPS and reoiled my Airaid Air Intake system. Still has all the same troubles. I'm banking towards the Air Intake System. Maybe the computer does not recognize the system and it gives it too much or too little air? Another problem is sometimes while running, the throttle will stick. My foot will be completely off the accelerator, but it will stay revved - even when I push the clutch in. I changed the oil yesterday, and found it was 2-2.5 quarts low. I use Mobil 1 Synthetic 10w-30 in my truck. After changing my oil the check engine light came on. It through the p0138 code again!What is going on? Is it all related?

btw- It's a 99' ram 5.2L with Magnaflow True Dual Exhaust (not a y pipe), with a Airaid Air Intake System- Only 2 pieces of aftermarket known...

 

check for a vacuum leak.probably the plenum gasket.if it's leaking that would explain rough idle and some oil loss.also clean the throttle body and idle speed motor
