I have a vibration under my left foot while driving. It seems to be the area behind the wheel weld. It seems to be like a wind feeling under my foot. I know it has something to do with the wind vibrating something because we were in the car wash and the dryer maded it vibrate. The car is a 2003 chrysler 300.

 

I've seen loose parking brake cables doing this, esp. if snow and ice build up on them. Might be something to check. Other than that just look under that area for anything that's loose.
