Default How are the cylinders numbered?

I have a 2001 Dakota 6 cyl.

I changed the plugs/cap/wires and am getting a P0303 and p0305 cylinder misfire codes. The cap is tough to get to and I had to take off a few of the wires at the same time and may have mixed those two up.

How are the cylinders numbered?
The cylinders are numbered from front to rear; 1, 3, 5 on the left bank and 2, 4, 6 on the right bank. The firing order is 1-6-5-4-3-2.
