I recently replaced the water pump in my `01 Intrepid SE, 2.7L. Since then I have not been able to start it with the cam sensor plugged in. Unplugged, I cannot get it over 2800 rpm.

I have replaced the cam sensor and set the timing chain.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
