94 Intrepid free plug

How do I remove the freeze plug from a 94 Dodge Intrepid? I has a hole. It is the one in the front which seems fairly accessible. Just not sure how to get the old one out.

I'd use a big screwdriver and pry it out. the longer the better and easier.
