Default brake drums irreplaceable?

I've got this rear drum problem on a 1990 dodge dynasty. I need to replace the old ones but the when I bought the new ones they didn't come with the hub. Not one store sells the hub already in the drum. I considered using the old hub but how safe is it repress the old hubs into the new drums? I called the local dealership and they want entirely too much money for replacement parts. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

It's almost always safe to press the old hubs onto the new drums, as long as the old hubs are not overly worn. I didn't realize those were pressed on. Every vehicle I've done the rear drums slipped on and off...

That's right snafu. Just have the hubs pressed back in and make sure the bearing and all are good. Gotta love it.
