Default axle codes

Hello,
I have a 2001 dodge ram 4x4 and I want to put lockers in it but I do not know what axle I have. Does any one know where I can go to find out what axles I have or what I need to do to find out.
Thanks

Thanks justaocboy. I was told there is a web site out there that if you put in your vin number it will tell you what your axles are, do you know of such a site not that I don't believe you I just want to make sure before i purchase any thing. The informatioin you gave me would that be the same for the front as well?

Take your vin number into the dealer. They can run it on dial 2000 or star parts network and tell you everything that was originally built into your truck
