Default 7 Check Engine Codes: .......

I got: export 1995 Chrysler Neon LE 16v 2L 132 HK, 98kW.

12 Direct battery input to the PCM was disconnected within the last 50 key-on cycles

14 MAP sensor voltage is too low

21 O2 (Oxygen) sensor problem - Upstream or Downstream from Catalytic Converter

23 Intake air temperature sender out of range

24 Throttle position sensor (TPS) out of range

31 Evap purge flow monitor failure
Evap solenoid circuit failure

51 Fuel system lean (last message after 2x 5 code.)

Ive replaced Head gasket, timing belt, battery (connected properly)

The car starts at first cracking with no problem what so ever.
Nice idle sound, but dies out @ around 3 000 rpms, seems likes the car is getting to much air, or less...
buuuhhhhh and you kill it or it stays at idle rpms (800-1100 rpms) and starts getting verry high noises,
like from too much start gas.

When i disconnect fuel rail connector, and crank the engine there is verry little fuel coming, just like when you are
peeing 3 days after drinking no water just a little bit, it should be 49 PSI or 3 BAR on the fuel rail when youre
cranking right?

Can anyone give me som clues how to fix this problem

A fuel filter costs 70 US Dollars & a fuel pump costs 650 US Dollars!
So all help will be werry much appreciated! (read hints)

OK...

I'we replaced fuel filter, and i can rev to 5 000 rpms now and get the torque, but it cant go further than 75 miles (120 Kmh).
Seems like the car is getting its fuel pressure back again...so it wasnt the pump.

It must be something about these 3 check engine lights:

14 MAP sensor voltage is too low
24 Throttle position sensor (TPS) out of range
31 Evap purge flow monitor failure, Evap solenoid circuit failure

Can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot these 3 errors ?

Or is there a way to figure out what part is defect, failing ??
