My da and i have been working on my sisters convertible lebaron for almost 4 months straight now....And we have decided to go ahead and switch it over to a regulator stack instead of an ecu....</P>


we try to crank it up and when we do the alternator doesn't want to charge the battery up like it is supposed to....we found out it was an ecu problem and we switched it over to a relay and bypassed the ecu .....</P>


now it doesn't want to work at all...we have started it on a battery charger and it will work fine..but when we disconnect it the display (which reminds me somthing of a cockpit ...all digital) starts to flicker and it then decides to shut itself off...</P>


at which point we tried to look up a conversion kit to do it...with no luck. If you can either tell me a place i can get the kit or you can tell me whats wrong i would much appreciate it......</P>


Or would we just have to go get another 750 dollar ecu for it??? Is there another way to do this..possibly with a kit? or are we stuck??</P>
