My friend's stock headunit radio stopped working one time when he went to a funeral and placed a large magnet-flag on his car for the procession. The cd player works fine, and sometimes a random AM station comes in okay, but no FM stations. Could it be possible that the magnet messed something up? I was thinking maybe the antenna connection was loose and the magnet was just a little pull to make it fall out? or maybe it was just coincidence and he hit a bump or something that knocked the wire loose? but he hasnt taken a look at it and I guess was just trying to get an idea what would be more likely that the antenna connection came out or if the magnet could have ruined the headunit's radio?
