Default Neon rear wheel problem

I can't unscrew one lock nut on the rear wheel on my Neon. When I try to release the lock nut, the whole threaded rod is spinning. Any sugeestions how to take the lock nut off? All nuts and threaded rods they tighten are kinda rusty. My Neon has brake disc on rear wheel. Thanks.

Are you trying to say that you want to take your lug nuts off but one of the studs is spinning in the hub???

If so, you're just gonna have to cut the nut down one side and split it then remove and replace the stud and probably the hub as well.

Yes, exactly, it's the lug nut and one stud is spinning in the hub. Thanks for suggestion, I will try to do that.
