Default Aftermarket TAC

I have a 03 neon. I wanted to install an aftermarket TAC. First of all, anyone know of a good site to order one? I am in alaska. Also are they difficult to install? I have access to an electric motor shop, so I got tools, I just dont know how to actually do it.

If someone has, I'd appreciate it .

Default RE: Aftermarket TAC

easy to do. I have a sunpro 2-1/4" one in my little yoda and it works fine. these can be found at any auto parts store

the hard part is finding the trigger return wire from the coil pack back tot he computer. tap into that line and it will give you the signal you need to run the tach.

you should have 4 wires going to the coil pack. +12v-GND-Trig-Trig RTN

a haynes manual will have the wireing schematic you need to figure which line to tap
