Default 1974 100 Project

Hello everyone...I love dodge cars and trucks...I'm 23 and own a Neon that I've modified to kill the honda's and other Rice Rockets around the area...NE way I have a 1974 B100 that I came acrossed for real cheap the motor only has 38,000 miles on it the transmission slips but I'm getting that worked on...I bought it from a guy who's fatherowned it and used it as a weekly Dump run truck and that was all. After his father died he just leftthis truck in the back yard and allowed grassto over run and because of the moisture it started to rust out on the body panels...NE WAY tomake a long story short the majority of the rust isin the floor boards..Does anybody know where I can get aftermarket flooring for my truck or have any good ideas on how to fix the damage so I can attemt to bring back the Beauty of my beast...I'd appreciate any help...

could you just sand blast the floor boards and paint them with Corroless Rust Stabilizer?

or weld in patches?
