Default Engine misfire

Can anyone give me some suggestionson my 2002 ram 1500 (360) 2 wheel drive quad cab. When I first fire the engine it shakes and msifaire like crazy. I have done all the standard things you may first try like plugs/ wires / cap and filters. Could there be a bad sensor ? As the engine warms it starts to smooth out, but will still stumble at a steady speed but not as bad as when first started. I am really frustrated with this truck, (44,000 miles) and it is super clean. The thing I hate the most is the wonderful 10.4 miles per gallon it gets. This is completely empty and not pulling anything. [>:]

Thanks
Mark

p.s. no engine codes or check engine light as of this moment

Maybe a coil pack is going bad, or a fuel injector is sticking?

I thought they fixed the plenum gasket problem on the 360s.
