i have 28,000 miles on it now and the wheel just started shaking back and forth when i hit the brakes is that just bad rotors or warped or something else?

 

very good possibility 1 of my dodge friends been though 3 set of rotorsso far dont know how many miles are on it now but he just bought after market slotted rotors and i think wilwood calipers if its under warrenty have the work done if not id buy after market brakes

If I'm not mistaken, there was a rotor part number change for the 03 Rams because of rotor problems, but 28K, could be just time to have them turned and see what happens after that.
