Hello,

Check engine light came on in my 2000 Status and had a scan done on it and it came back saying "EGR Valve Flow Problem". My question is since it's a FLOW problem, where do I start? I'm thinking if I take it in, they're just going to replace the EGR valve. Where on the 2000 status is that guy located?

Anything else I should look to replace?

well your problem is that a flow problem very well could need a egr valve it has 2 parts the valve that may be sticking open or closed and the electrical thingy peice. the location hmm i think its barried under the air cleaner box on the side of the engine.
it should fit in a box about the size of a size 6 or 7 shoe 2 small black air hoses and 1 metal egr tube
