Default 2000 Durango excessive Crank time

My 2k Durango has excessive crank time when I start it in the mornings. After it warms up, I can turn it off and on about 5-6 times without any problems. This only happens when the engine is cooled down. Is this nromal for a 4.7 V8?

Would it be the fuel pressure regulator or something along those lines?

Sounds like the orings for the fuel pressure regulator are leaking, confirm this by:-tomorrow morning turn key to run -NOT START- and wait 5 sec, then off and on again, now see if it starts right up. If so you are losing fuel pressure in the line
