2000 caravan sport code P0740

I am getting a code P0700 and P0740 what does this mean. Please Help.

A P0740 is torque converter clutch, no rpm drop at lockup. May possibly be as simple as fluid level being low, but could be several other things such a TCC solenoid or torque converter.
