i have a 1987, 2.6 with manual tranny. the carb secoundary will not open even aftre replacing the vaccum acuator. it will only open when vaccum is applied vi another line, which in turn it won't close kwick enough before the primary shuts causing a fast idle because the secoundary is still partially open? help?
