5/7 no problem. Be warned, when you drop that low you will tear up fuel tank straps, I have changed many for this problem, it is the lowest part and the first thing hit. I've talked to a few people who have installed Dakota tanks to prevent this-there is some mods to be done, not drop in deal.

you could go with 5/7 but not with 205/55's. If you ran like 255/50's and a 5/7 drop that would be OK. 205/55's are probably pushings the max load limits of the tire anyway

3/5 is the next step down, but I'd go with the 5/7 and bigger tires.

if i wanted to just cut my springs for the time being until i got enough money for airbags do you know about how much of the spring i would cut for the front and how much for the back. i know its kind of gay but i am going to get bags eventually so i would like to just cut the springs and live with a rough ride for now.

Take a coil and half out of the front and remove 2 leafs from the rear spring pack, drive it a week and see if it settles to where you want it, if not take a little more at a time, not the best way to lower a ride but if its for looks only, to each his own.

how exactly do you take leafs out of the spring pack. i thought you just cut the springs and put them back on. but i guess not. is it hard are there any special tools i need to do this. and should i take a coil and a half out of the front and back and 2 leafs out of front and back.

Remove the front coil springs(be careful) and cut 1 1/2 coils off, then reinstall. Remove the rear leaf springs and take out the center pin that holds them together, remove the 2 smallest leafs and reassemble the pack, rebolt with the pin and reinstall
