I have a 2001 Dodge Neon - won't start. I have all power inside, and no turn over. One click and then nothing. Tried a jump, same thing. I want to jump the starter, but I just bought this a couple weeks ago and I don't know where the starter is. Anyone?

Okay, I got to the starter, and tried jumping it. The starter runs, but won't turn over the engine. Any thoughts?
