if i cut 1 and a half coils out of the front and 2 leafs out of the front do i do the same in the rear to lower it and make it look level or do i do it a different way.

Your lost, there are no leafs to take out of the front-you cut coils on the front suspension and remove leafs on the rear suspension. not the ideal way to lower but does work. Yes it should be level.
