Default '93 3.0L V6 Timing problems

[&:] I have replaced a timing belt on this engine but I would like to know if I should check the valves to see if they are bent or if there is enough clearance built in to the heads that this won't be a problem? Really don't want to pull the heads unless absolutely needed.

I have replaced many broken timing belts on the 3.0L engine and have never had one bend the valves. Hope this helps you out .
