Default Tech Service Bullitens

Hello, I just joined up today and have a question. I have owned Dodge's all of my life starting with a W200 Panel Truck (1960). I currently own a dakota and a 1999 Van Wagon. My questions is this: How do you work the TSB's I found one the that matches my problem which is sqeaky back leaf springs. THe TBS bulliten number is 021399 and the seqence Number is 607905 stating that their is a problem with back springs sqeaking but it does not provide a solution (i know just spray it with P40)
Where can you find the answer to the TSB? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Generally with a TSB, call the dealer and let them know. They are the ones to fix it.

TSB are issued to dealers, and are also availible to independent shops from subscriptions to Alldata, Mitchell, and other service manuals. This TSB has been revised so the number is different, but I emailed you a copy of the TSB.
