The Mopar filter is red with grayish pleats, the K&N filter is black with redish pleats...[sm=smiley4.gif]

Well then, I guess K&N doesn't make the Mopar air filter. As long as the Mopar filter uses the same type of gauze filter, then you could use the K&N recharger kit on it, but if it's a paper filter, no way it will ruin it.
