cold running

1995 ram van 1500 runs bad when cold!!!! replaced map sensor,throtle sensor,control valve still runs bad,rich and black smoke,help!

If you have a scan tool, check out reading. Black smoke?...that's fuel, in which case: check vacuum to the map sensor, and possibly O2 sensor (including exhaust leaks)
