Default Air pressure to seal a bead.

The hubcaps on my '52 pickup have a habit of moving on the wheels, which then bends the valve stem over. There are tubes in the tires and I was told of some inserts you can put in the valve stem opening to prevent the valve stem from bending over. If I wanted to try this myself, how much air pressure would it take to reseal the bead. I believe I have 225R70s on it now.

Secondly, do you think I would be able to get in there without undoing one side of the tire? All I need is enough room to pull out the valve stem and slip in the insert. Thanks.

Well I doubt you will even be able to break the bead without a tire machine after you get all the air out. Usually the beads seat within 45psi, I know the tire machine at work said dont inflate over 45psi when the rim was mounted to the machine and the bead was always set before there was that much air in it.
