Default P0320 code

My 2000 Durango has been showing code P0320 several times. This seems to be an intermittent problem (about every 3-4 days) and then works fine again. Vehicle doesn't want to start and then it will start by giving a little bit of gas. I have heard that some possible solutions are to replace the crankshaft sensor or the throttle position sensor. Can anyone give me a sepcific thing to try. I don't want to play trial and error by replacing a bunch of sensors if it is not needed.

P0320 NO CRANK REFERENCE SIGNAL AT PCM
This code could be caused by a loose tone wheel, faulty crank sensor, PCM or in the wiring. Did any other code set.

That is the only code that it set. Is there any way to pinpoint the problem to one thing or is it just a trial and error deal. Also, do you know where the crank sensor is located? Is it easy to change? I can pick one of those up for about $25 so I think that it would be a cheap place to start if it's easy to change.
