I'm interested in picking up a RAM 2500, diesel. There are a number of them for sale in my area but I have never owned a Dodge and I haven't had a diesel since 1996, and that was a VW. Aside from things common to all vehicles, what should I look for/at when I go to see these trucks? Any special "bugs" that a '98 (for example) might have?
Edit: The one I'm looking at is a '98 12-valve.

Those are nice trucks and they're not Cheap
Take it to a Dodge Truck Dealer & spend under $100.00 to get a Pro to look it over
IT'S money well spent & possibly leverage to talk the price down!!!
Make sure you get her up to Highway speeds before you buy, some of them really wander all over the road!!
