Surely Someone has Driven One
I test drove a 300C about 2 weeks ago. Wow, was I impressed! Loads of power from the Hemi, smooth shifts from the transmission, and no problem spinning the rear wheels with the ESP turned off. The one I drove was a basic model, not too many options. I factory ordered 1 last week with all the bells and whistles. Hope the sunroof issue doesn't hold up my order too long. Go test drive one. You won't regret it (though your checkbook might)!
If you leave off the bells and whistles and just go with the cheapest Hemi model you can get, what does it go for?
I'm really glad to see Detroit come to their senses and start giving us some decent rear wheel drive cars again.
Enjoy your new ride,

The base model 300C has an MSRP of $32,995. Whether or not there is any bargaining from MSRP depends on your dealer and location. I've heard of large ($5,000 and more) markups in California and it is quite common for people to pay full MSRP.
I drove a silver 300C Hemi last month. The only options it had on it were power adjustable pedals and the 380 Watt audio system. In a word, the car is awesome. The sticker price was $33,700. The ride is great. On smooth roads it is great, of course, but the suspension absorbs bumps really well. The car has real presence on the road. The interior is very nice. I don't like the tortoiseshell on the steering. Just not a big fan of anything other than leather on the steering wheel. The stereo is very nice and I like the dials for the climate control. Overall I love the car. They seem to be selling well around here, too.
I drove one a few days ago, also drove a Magnum with the 3.5... while the 3.5 wasn't too bad at all it doesn't compare to the HEMI! Nothing like the smooth power of a V8!
They both rode pretty much the same, very refined, smooth and quiet.
The German engeineering really shows in they way the cars are built and layed out.

Looks great, Z2 -- needs new rims, tires and springs.
Addict, I agree about the steering wheel; I wish they offered leather-wrap as an option. Ah well, the interior looks so damn opulent and quality, I guess I can forgive them...
