is there a way i can erase trouble codes without using a scanner. like disconnecting the battery?

If the problem is fixed then after so many starts it will clear. So many as in maybe 75 not exactly sure or just take it to autozone

i did all they did was scan said they could not erase.... it just turned off today apparently i had a cylinder 8 misfire and then today it was idling alot better and no light on?

Anyone ever heard of a Bu5 or BuS code...I got this code on my 2003 ram 1500 the other night where the odometer is....at the time all my gauges were dead truck ran and drove fine ...but all the gauges were off and I didnt have whippers or brake lights.....it went away but at the time it said something like no Bu5 or No BuS....

Any ideas PLEASE hit me up at Jason@Speedfreakinc.com as I dont get on here often as id like to
