This could very well be a dumb question but I need to ask it. I did a search for a DIY on this but I came up empty or missed it. I bought the lowered shackles and hangers for my 01 Ram 1500, I know I need to grind off the stock rivets and buy new hardware for the hangers but here is my question. Do the shackles go on the back of the leaf springs as well as the hangers? The person I bought them from said the shackles go on the front of the leaf springs and the hangers go on the rear. That can't be right is it, any help would be greatly appreciated.
