ok, So I have a 1993 Dodge Spirit. I just got a gas tank installed and it needed a new ascending unit....So all together it cost $165.00 Is that a good deal cause a friend of mine referred me to him and said this was the place to go...What do you think?[sm=feedback.gif]

$165 isn't out of line.Figure a couple hours of labor at around $50 an hour and it looks like a pretty good deal.If your'e satisfied with the work I would remember the shop and go back when you need more work done.
Reputable shops are worth their weight in gold for two reasons,you don't get ripped off and you don't feel ripped off.
