VORNADO!!!!!!!! Anyone ever used one and how was it?
I had one in my dakota when I bought it and removed it. I thought the smoother the air flow the better. Look at cold AIR INTAKES. They are polished smooth.

THESE THINGS ARE SNAKE OIL!!!How these things are still on the market is beyond any reasoning.Car makers have tried to raise HP and fuel economy and be EPA compliant for thirty years and you don't see these tin wonders in ANY new car on the road.
Here's a good link to look at.http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/autos/gasave.htm
Look around the rest of the site,it has a lot of GOOD info.

No matter the engine a N/a engine can only suck in so much air. Think about it how many tornados have you seen go around a 90 degree corner? Even with a straight shot it may form a swirl but once it hits the intake it can't swirl any more. Why add this restriction to your intake stream?
