Im thinking of buying a 1984 Dodge rampage for the purpose of making it into a muscle car. What is the largest engine I could possibly sqeeze in this car?

 

A V12 actually they make a V16 but I dont think consumers can buy it.

How much would a v12 run me thou money wise and how much work would it be to mod it to this car?

 

well considering a V12 is what they use in Ferraris im gonna take another guess and say they arent cheap. I suppose you cound find a wrecked one for 100k. the mods would have to be a bigger engine bay, everything would have to be reinforced and changed. Id say you could get it all done for 130k.
