Default Loud thud when accelerating quickly

When I floor the gas from a dead stop there is a pretty loud thud coming from under the body. My dad thinks it could be U joints but they've got no play on them. I was looking under the truck above my transfer case and it looks like it's hit the body a couple of times. It seems like a long way for the t-case to travel. Any suggestions?

Sonds like a transfer case mount, motor mount, or trany mount. Get a jack under there and rase the diferent parts by the mount and look for seporation. This will indicate a bad mount.
