It's like the clutch isn't releasing all the way. I've pulled the floor mat and same thing happens. It comes out of gear fine, but won't go in easily. This has just happened and came on pretty quick.

try tightening your clutch cable and see if that helps. there's a way you can adjust it. Find out.
