Morning everyone. I am having a problem with my 2002 dodge dakota quad cab v6. The problem is as follows. When I start my truck in the morning none of the electronics work (such as the radio, power windows, power locks, windshield wipers, and so on), but after driving it for 5 minutes if I turn it off and then restart the truck everything works just fine. I have no idea what it could be the problem only happens on cold starts in the morning on my way to work. I live in North Carolina so it really isnt a cold it is just that the truck has been sitting for 8 hours. Also, when this happens the ABS and parking brake light stays on. Also, not it seems like it happens like every third time I start the truck.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be or have experienced it themself.

Also, on the cold starts the engine seems to sound a little funny and does not way to shift smoothly, it is an automatic. But on the restart it is fine.

i have a 91 dodge van ram 250. i am looking for a complete engine wire harness. i went to the dodge dealer and they wanted 900 for a new one. does any one know where i can get one less expansive then that. i went on ebay and i see the average price is around 50.00.
