possible engine swap?

new to the dodge world

Is it possible to put a 360 in a 1990 150 that has a 318 and a 4 speed

will it have to be from certain years?

Yes...it's possible. It would be better to have a motor from the same year....or a year that's close to 1990.

Yep, the engine will drop n and bolt right up but if you vary too much on the year the emissions(egr), electronics and wiring may differ.
