My 97 Dodge's defrost quit working. Air is blowing out all other vents but no defrost no matter where i set it. does the defrost work off vacum? Also there is a brown oily substance coming out the floor vent. Could this be a sign of bad heater core. Thanks for any help. I really need the defrost since winter is here.
