Default Engine noise 95 Ram

I have a whirring, high pitched noise coming from the engine compartment. The noise is made any time the engine is ran and corrosponds to the speed of the engine. It is not obnoxious, just annoying. It makes no difference if the AC is on or what temp it is outside. I would suspect the idler or tensioner pulley, but I could be wrong. Any suggestions as to the probable culprit, or solution will be greatly appreciated. BTW...1995 Ram, 5.9.

It might be the flywheel it could be rubbing.

Remove the serpentine belt and see if that eliminates the noise. Just don't run it very long.
